  • Our revenue management team oversees the daily yield strategy for hotels and ensures parity among the key distribution channels as well as the major, wholesale Internet distribution channels.
  • Our revenue management team monitors Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Orbitz,  Hotwire and Priceline for the hotels that it represents.
  • Our revenue management team secures contractual agreements that provide flexible management of daily rates, inventory and policies (i.e. cut-off dates and restrictions) on major third party channels.
  • Our revenue management team obtains and maintains key positioning on the major Internet channels for the hotels that it represents.
  • Our revenue management team maintains professional business relationships with the Market Managers and other key individuals at each major Internet channel on behalf of the hotels that it represents.
  • Our revenue management team ensures that all information, pertinent ata and photographs, etc. are continually updated and maintained on each of the key Internet distribution channels. This includes assuring each hotel's star rating is correct.
  • Our revenue management team monitors each hotel's competitive position and placement as it relates to the rate strategy.
  • Our revenue management team monitors and manages each hotel's policies regarding cancelation, cut-off and restrictions (i.e. minimum length of stay, etc.).
  • Our revenue management team ensures that each hotel is notified and made available to participate in the Internet distribution channels marketing opportunities (Blockbuster ads, Free-Sell periods, promotions, etc.).
  • Our revenue management team will advise and implement packaging opportunities to increase market share (i.e. ski, golf, local attractions, shopping, etc.).
  • Our revenue management team conducts weekly conference calls with each hotel's revenue management team (i.e. General Manager, Director of Sales, Front Office Manager and / or Revenue Manager). Yield strategy is reviewed for the next six to four weeks. Goal is to maximize revenue based on area demand, demand generators, internal and external factors.
  • Our revenue management team utilizes all available reports that are generated by a hotel's system. These can include monthly STAR, Day STAR, Regret / Denial, Market Segmentation, GRC previous and current year, Availability reports, etc.
  • Our revenue management team provides weekly reports to each hotel's revenue management team that includes a third party channel Pace report and Weekly Booking report.
  • Our revenue management team communicates all changes and Internet decisions by e-mail to the hotel's revenue management team. Any changes and / or updates must have prior approval by the hotel's designated representative.
  • Our revenue management team is a revenue driver.
